To the extent that you explicitly consent to it and personally enter the information, the following will also be processed: name, phone number, email and address. This will usually be in connection with the use of our contact form.

When processing personal information, we comply with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the Danish Personal Data Law applicable after 25 May 2018.

To the extent that you explicitly consent to it and personally enter the information, the following will also be processed: name, phone number, email, address etc.


Security

We have established technical and organisational procedures to ensure that your personal information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, compromised or disclosed to a third party, misused, or otherwise processed unlawfully.


Purpose

The data is used to identify you as a user and to present you with content, which is most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to provide the services you have requested: for example, to place an order for you. Additionally, we use the information to optimise our services and content.

Duration of storage

Data is stored for the period permitted by law, and is deleted when no longer needed. The length of time depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a specific time-frame for when data will be deleted. Data received in the form of campaigns etc. will be deleted after 3 months. Access to personal data is reserved for CrossWALKER staff. According to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data personal information must be kept secure and confidential. Of course, this data is stored in a physically secure place.

If you are a customer with us, then we are likely to use much of what we know about you. If you have terminated your customer relationship with us and want us to delete your data, this can easily be done. However, please note that accounting data is not deleted until after 5 years, from the end of the financial year you want data deleted. We automatically delete the data we have about you in our CRM system within 6 months of ending our customer relationship.

If you want us to delete the data we can before the 6 months have passed, please email us a request or complete the contact form on the website.


Disclosure of Information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and maybe click on, geographical location, gender and age segment etc. are passed on to third parties in the form of Google Analytics and Pixel tags. You can see the third parties in question in the ‘Cookies’ section above. The data is used to target advertising. We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They process the data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal information such as name and email etc. will only take place if you consent to it. We use data processors solely from within the European Union or from countries that can adequately safeguard your information.


Objections and Complaints

You have the right to be informed of what personal data we process about you. You also have the right to object at any time to the use of this data. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of data about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
